The PEARL iZUMi Pro Program

We’re a community of cycling enthusiasts, united by the common goal of helping more people go by bike. Our Pro Program is open to select professionals directly involved with creating more riders, and more places to ride.

Q: What is the PEARL iZUMi Pro Program?

A: The PEARL iZUMi Pro Program offers generous merchandise discounts to select qualified cycling and outdoor professionals. In exchange for an exclusive discount and early access to new releases, we value Pros who help further our advocacy mission, share their cycling experience with family and friends, tag @pearlizumiofficial and #ridemoredomore on Instagram, and leave product reviews.

Q: Who is eligible?

A: Pro Program membership is approved on a case-by-case basis. We invite professional cyclists, individuals who are employed full-time directly in the cycling or related outdoor industry, first responders and military personnel to apply. Current valid proof of employment is required.

Q: How to apply?

A: Please follow the steps below.

1. Please start by creating a standard (non-Pro) account HERE. Follow the instructions to activate your account. If you already have a PEARL iZUMi account, skip ahead to the next step.

2. Fill out your Pro application HERE. Please make sure to provide your proof of current employment, relevant certifications, athletic resume, or any other documentation PEARL iZUMi should consider for approval.

3. Thanks for your application! It will take 3-5 business days to be reviewed. You will be emailed as soon as we process your application.

Pro Program Rules

If accepted, remember that this discount is for you and you alone, and this will be strictly enforced. We ask that you also respect the following rules around the PEARL iZUMi Pro Program:

  • Do not purchase products for friends, family, or anyone else in your household. This is strictly monitored and if we find any abuse, your account and discount will be terminated.
  • Never visit a PEARL iZUMi retail partner to try product on or to conduct returns or exchanges. Instead, we welcome you to use your Pro Program discount online, or directly at our PEARL iZUMi Factory Stores. Find a store HERE.
  • Warranty & Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if something isn’t right, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Learn more HERE.
  • Sales may not be combined with any other offers or discounts. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
  • PEARL iZUMi grants non-transferable benefits. You must keep your account information confidential! PEARL iZUMi assumes no liability for fraudulent use of your account by third parties.
